Documentary about the TT

In case you didn't know I was a biker, best bike I ever owned was a BSA Gold Star. The TT is not for people with weak hearts, it is for men and when I say men I mean real ARYAN men:

  1. all great blogs are run by bikers and their friends. ours was a 1965 Triumph TR-6, named top eliminator on a sunny day at quarter mile dragway.[single carb no less] went on to take numerous trophies in stock class

trophy sits in front of me now. i eliminated all in my class, and destroyed bikes in other classes. went on to destroy other bikes in stock class

Mary's friend--- always drove my bike with no air cleaner, and straight pipes.

mary is not a great bike rider, but she gets by

  2. back in those days, triumph's had tr6 = 8.5 to 1 compression, bonneville at 9.5 to 1 compression, and the TT special, at 11 to 1 compression. bsa's were beautiful
and the elegant bike was the royal enfield, but i was able to beat them [it helped that i was skinny]

  3. Some older friends of mine had 'Tritons'. A mix of Triumph and Nortons. They raced the TT, one died on his there back in the late 1990's. Not a scratch on him, but serious internal injuries.
