USA: Man Accused of Rape Goes Before Judge

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man charged with raping and torturing a woman last month is scheduled to face a Jackson County judge for arraignment Monday morning.

Carey Clark is charged with Forcible Sodomy, two counts of Attempted Forcible Rape and kidnapping charges. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

According to court records, Clark and the 48-year-old woman met at a nightclub and she agreed to go on a date with him. After Clark picked her up, she says he told her he needed to return to his home in the 5900 block of Agnes to get credit cards.

UK: Violent sex attacker who tried to rape three women in Manchester city centre jailed

A sex attacker who assaulted three women in Manchester city centre as he tried to rape them has been jailed. Abdoulaye Diallo, 28, of Upper Brook Street, Manchester, was sent to jail indefinitely at Manchester Crown Court today after admitting three counts of attempted rape. 

Today's sentence means Diallo will serve a minimum of four years in prison - after the court handed him a so-called 'indeterminate sentence for public protection' meaning he will not be released until he is no longer considered to be a danger to the public. The three attempted rapes happened in November and December last year and January this year. The first - at the junction of Postal Street and Newton Street in the early hours of November 12, 2011 - was against a 25-year-old woman, whose head was repeatedly smashed against the pavement, leaving her needing hospital treatment. 

After the attack, police released CCTV of Diallo walking away while buttoning up his jacket, and also a harrowing recording of a 999 call in which the sobbing victim described how he smashed her head against a wall.

The other two attempted rapes - on Fountain Street on Christmas Eve and Medlock Street on January 14 - were both against 21-year-old women, both of whom Diallo punched. 

Diallo was arrested on the same day as the third attempted rape after he was spotted going up to women in Longsight. Officers followed him into town where they arrested him on suspicion of immigration offences, and his DNA matched blood found on clothes discarded following the Postal Street attack in November. 

He was caught on CCTV buttoning up his shirt having removed and thrown away other blood stained clothes. Detective Inspector Andy Naismith, who led the investigation, said: 

"Diallo violently attacked and tried to rape three women and to say he is a danger to women would be grossly understated.

"The three incidents caused considerable and understandable concern in the community and we committed a vast amount of resources into the operation to find him.

"I hope his victims and the wider public find comfort in knowing he has been jailed indefinitely.

"As part of our investigation we thoroughly briefed officers across Manchester and I must praise the alertness of those who spotted him and whose subsequent actions ultimately led to him being detained."

Race riots could ensue if George Zimmerman -- the shooter in the Trayvon Martin case -- is found not guilty of second-degree murder by a Florida jury, the Congressional Black Caucus' executive director allowed yesterday.

"I think a 'not guilty' verdict is extremely problematic in 2012," said Angela Rye, the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Congressional Black Caucus. She said, "I don't know," when asked what would happen in the event of an acquittal. "I know that folks have talked about race riots -- I don't know that. I think that we live in a day and age where people are educated enough not to do that. I know that his mother and his father have asked for peace, peaceful solutions, not repaying evil for evil, so I'm not sure. I think it would set us back . . . there's no value to racial violence or any other kind of violence."

Rye cited the media handling of the Trayvon Martin shooting as an example of racial bias. "To demonize a victim is always heavily criticized if it's a white woman, if it's a child -- but in this situation, this boy who was not alive anymore to tell his side of the story was quickly demonized, and that's where I take issue," she said.

Despite her apparent belief that Zimmerman should be convicted, Rye seemed to express openness to differing accounts about the case. "I don't take issue with the facts as George Zimmerman articulates them or as a witness may have articulated them, but there are so many conflicting stories and the fact that they said, well, he was kicked out of school or he smoked marijuana or whatever -- that doesn't give you the right to take someone's life," she told CSPAN's Q&A.

Israel Starts Rounding up Blacks on the Street

Thousands of blacks will be rounded and placed in camps in Israel over the next ferw days after an Israeli court granted the state the right to place them under “collective protection.”

According to a report in the Israeli Ynet News, the “Population and Immigration Authority’s” operation, meant to detain illegal migrants ahead of their deportation, was made possible after the Jerusalem Administrative Court granted the State’s request to suspend the “collective protection” status granted to south Sudanese migrants in Israel, effectively sanctioning the deportation of 1,500 migrants.

According to the Immigration Authority, over 55 foreigners – from south Sudan, Nigeria, China, Ghana and the Ivory Coast – were detained in the first hours of the sweep, which is set to last several days.

At least 50 Blacks in Eilat, Israel, have been rounded up on the street and imprisoned for immigration offences, with Israeli Interior Minister Eli Yishai promising that this is “just the first step.”

According to the Jerusalem Post, Yishai on Monday addressed the arrest of dozens of migrants earlier in the day, saying that the deportation of South Sudanese was just a first step towards the deportation of all migrants from Israel. Immigration authorities rounded up some 50 illegal African migrants in Eilat and other southern cities for eventual deportation Monday. The number is expected to grow throughout the day, as arrests are still being made across the country.

Migrants in both Eilat and Tel Aviv also said that members of the community were staying indoors to avoid arrest. The roundup, carried out by the Population, Immigration and Borders Authority’s Oz Unit, came one day after authorities arrested 25 migrants in Eilat, among them eight from South Sudan.

Speaking to Israel Radio, Yishai said “the real story is north Sudan and Eritrea. I do not yet have authorization to expel the migrants from those countries, but I will work towards their deportation as well. And it will be done eventually.”

Yishai said that the arrested migrants will be taken to a holding facility in southern Israel and added that “by next week we will charter a plane to fly the migrants to South Sudan.”

The interior minister encouraged South Sudanese migrants to turn themselves over to authorities of their own volition in order to receive a stipend of 1,000 euros prior to deportation.

“I am not working out of hate of foreigners, I am working out of love for my nation,” Yishai said. “Giving up on this mission would be tantamount to giving up on the declaration of independence.”

According to Ynet News, Yihsai also said that the sweeps were “Not meant to be against the infiltrators, but rather to preserve the Zionist and Jewish nature of the State of Israel.”  When any European politician has used those words to describe their activities to protect their own nations from illegal immigrants, the Jewish Supremacist lobby has been the first to roundly condemn them.

But let’s dissect her mind-blowingly asinine assertion that the CIA was staffed with “Nazis” from the outset.

The precursor to the CIA was the Office of Strategic Services or OSS for short. The OSS was created during World War II by the heavily Jewish U.S. administration of Jew-lover Franklin Delano Roosevelt. It’s main purpose and function was to INFILTRATE, UNDERMINE and SABOTAGE the Axis Powers, principally National Socialist Germany. Of the OSS’s wartime activities, Wikipedia says:

“From 1943–1945, the OSS played a major role in training Kuomintang troops in China and Burma, and recruited Kachin, and other indigenous irregular forces for sabotage as well as guides for Allied forces in Burma fighting the Japanese Army.

Among other activities, the OSS helped arm, train and supply resistance movements, including Mao Zedong’s Red Army in China and the Viet Minh in French Indochina, in areas occupied by the Axis powers during World War II. The OSS also recruited and ran one of the war’s most important spies, the German diplomat Fritz Kolbe. Other functions of the OSS included the use of propaganda, espionage, subversion, and post-war planning.

One of the greatest accomplishments of the OSS during World War II was its penetration of Nazi Germany by OSS operatives. The OSS was responsible for training German and Austrian individuals for missions inside Germany. Some of these agents included exiled communists and Socialist party members, labor activists, anti-Nazi prisoners-of-war, and German and Jewish refugees.“

In sharp contrast to the outrageously false propaganda of the kosher clown Barbara Hartwell, the OSS was established to FIGHT Nazi Germany on behalf of International Jewry! In a book entitled, They Dared Return: The True Story of Jewish Spies Behind Enemy Lines in Nazi Germany, the philosemitic author Patrick K. O’Donnell tells the story of five subversive Jewish spies recruited into the OSS who had been tasked with infiltrating and sabotaging Nazi Germany during the war. A hook-nosed Zionist-Jewish professor named David Strom wrote a glowing review of the aforementioned book in which he tells us that the five anti-Nazi Jewish spies were recruited by the OSS “because of their language skills and their physical prowess and technical skills, but also for their hatred of Nazi Germany,” and that the leader of the Jewish OSS spy network “had confidence in himself, in his trained Jewish OSS companions and in their allies and supporters among whom were several former German soldiers now willing to betray their Fuhrer for the greater good of Germany.”

As if the facts listed herein were not enough to sufficiently dispel the fallacious garbage that the OSS/CIA was, or still is, filled with Nazis, the OSS (and later the CIA) were also instrumental in propping up Jewish HoloHoax© propaganda and the six million myth. OSS agent Wallace R. Deuel was the special assistant to OSS founder William J. Donovan. Deuel was a vicious anti-German bigot and a rabid anti-Nazi agitator whose writings attacking Hitler and National Socialism can be found in a booklet called Hitler And Nazi Germany Uncensored. Deuel was, for all intents and purposes, an intense Jew-lover dedicated to establishing and upholding Jewish domination over our world. In 1943, hegave a speech in which he claimed, in text-book ritualistic Kabbalist swindlespeak, that the Nazis intended to murder “6,000,000 Jews,” stating:

“The Nazis set out in the beginning to destroy whole peoples. They expected to obliterate from the earth not less than 6,000,000 Jews as a beginning.”

The CIA has proved to be a major promoter of the holocaust© hoax. Dino A. Brugioni is a former senior official at the CIA’s National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC) who put together a report in 1979 entitled, The Holocaust Revisited: A Retrospective Analysis of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Extermination Complex. This 1979 CIA report claims to “prove” that exterminations of Jews took place in Auschwitz using grainy aerial photographs. Air photo expert John Ball proved that the reconnaissance photographs used by the CIA in their report were tampered with and altered in what amounts to photo fakery on the part of the CIA — a pathetic effort to prop up the traditional, scientifically impossible, holocaust© narrative. John Ball, in his study of WWII aerial photographs entitled Air Photo Evidence, concluded:

“To this day there is no air photo evidence to support the alleged mass murder of the Jews at any location in Europe occupied by the Germans during World War Two. Further, air photo analysis refutes the claim that the Nazis had intended, at whatever time, to keep events in the alleged extermination camps secret. In many cases the air photos provide clear proof that some of the events attested to by witnesses, such as the destruction of the Hungarian Jews or the mass executions at Babi Yar, did not in fact take place. We may hope that the release of Soviet air photos dating from the time the camps were in operation will shed further light on these issues. The fact that these photos have not been published to date may already speak for itself. That the photos in Western hands were altered in order to incriminate Germany, and were first published by the CIA, is also very significant indeed.”

The aforementioned CIA agent Dino A. Brugioni also wrote an Orwellian book titled, Photo Fakery: The History and Techniques of Photographic Deception and Manipulation,which purports to be an exposé of the methods used to fake and manipulate photographs. Revisionist writer Richard Widmann, in an review of Brugioni’s book, exposed the bizarre fact that Brugioni actually utilized many of the deceptive methods of photo fakery and manipulation that he himself outlines in order to advance the holocaust© hoax. This, in and of itself, illustrates the utter absurdity of the suggestion that there is — or ever was — a “Nazi presence” in the CIA, unless you are foolish enough to believe that Nazis would actually go along with, and help propagate, the fictional Jewish atrocity tales designed to demonize and discredit them.

It is worth noting that Major Louis Mortimer Bloomfield, a wealthy and well-connected Zionist-Jewish lawyer from Montreal, Canada, was a member of the OSS and later the CIA. Prior to joining the OSS, Bloomfield joined the British military and served in Palestine as an intelligence officer under the British pro-Zionist fanatic General Charles Orde Wingate. During his time in Palestine Bloomfield and the Rothschild-controlled British military helped train the Jewish Haganah terrorist army which would go on to perpetrate the Nakba — the forced uprooting and expulsion of nearly a million Palestinians from their homeland, numerous massacres of civilians, massive looting and pillaging, and the wholesale decimation of over 500 Arab Palestinian villages — in 1948. It has been credibly established that Bloomfield and a cabal of his Jewish kinsmen engineered the assassination of President John F. Kennedy through a shadowy Mossad front company called Permindex, because of Kennedy’s opposition to Israel’s nuclear weapons ambitions. For these reasons, when Mr. Ciralsky’s allegations first arose, I assembled a group to examine whether the CIA engaged in anti-semitism. The group reported to me that, based on its review, it found no anti-semitism.”

In addition to declaring the CIA “free of anti-Semitism,” Tenet, in a 2008 speech at an ADL dinner in upstate New York, said: “I knew that on 9/11 we had all become Israelis” and that the United States and Israel “will always be bound together.” For being a sycophantic suck-up to Jewry and a dedicated servant of Zion, Tenet was awarded the ADL’s highest honor, the America’s Democratic Legacy Award. So much for the claim that “Nazis” run the CIA!

The CIA has been incessantly waging psychological, economic and drone warfare against the Muslim enemies of Israel in the Middle East ever since the Israeli false flag attack of 9/11, and is, alongside Mossad, up to its eyeballs in subversive coups, false flag terrorism and targeted assassinations against governments and leaders in the Arab/Islamic world that Israel doesn’t like. God Save the Queen, But What About Humanity?

On the thread below an article about the great banking heist on a well-respected website appeared the following statement:

Millions of good men and women throughout the world lost their jobs, their homes, their dignity as a result of the great banking heist. Those who protest against it are arrested, and the police response to protest is becoming increasingly militaristic, while those who caused the meltdown get off scot free.

The system is broken and our response to this crisis will be a test of how intelligent we are as a species. I'm not holding my breath. Europe is in economic free-fall – and meanwhile the Jubilee Celebrations go on day after day and 80% of Britons are reported as supporting the monarchy. If people are this dim, cheering on the 1% for all they are worth – what hope is there for humanity? 

Let us reflect on this well articulated observation, for it says much about the extraordinary fickleness of our age.

I was in the England during the main weekend of the Jubilee celebrations and chose to watch maybe one hour on BBC television. The Queen, accompanied by Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, were travelling across central London in the royal Rolls to attend a banquet at the Houses of Parliament. Then afterwards, to Buckingham Palace and a special appearance on the Palace balcony.


The route was lined with flag waving well-wishers from all walks of life and many countries. Many wore paper hats with the Union Jack emblazoned on them and waved their similarly decorated little plastic flags. At Buckingham Palace, a vast crowd erupted into wild shrieks of joy as the Queen appeared on the royal balcony. The Yeoman of the Guard stood to attention in full livery. Field guns delivered a perfectly coordinated royal salute. Jet aircraft streaked overhead in tight formation, leaving red, white and blue trails behind them. Red, white and blue wherever the eye rested.

For much of the time the 86-year-old Queen grimaced in response. She had, after all, done it so many times before during her 60 years reign of royal duty to the nation. The night before she had worn a similar expression while attending a Grand Jubilee Concert in the palace precinct. However, at certain appointed moments, she managed a smile. One such occasion was when a huge diamond shaped contrivance was presented to her, while in the background Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Elton John stood stiffly upright and expressionless. Paul's famous base guitar emblazoned with the obligatory Union Jack.

Once upon a time John Lennon had returned his OBE (Order of the British Empire) as a protest against British support for the Vietnam war.

Paul however, after having kneeled before Her Majesty (some years back) to accept his place as a Knight of the Realm, could only play the obedient servant. No doubt other infamous Illuminati Knights of the Realm such as Sir Henry Kissinger and Sir Allen Greenspan raised a toast to Her Majesty across the waters. Even the thuggish Sir Norman Schwarzkopf, knighted by the Queen for his brutal exploits in Iraq, may have raised a dull chuckle of recognition. Oh, and let's not forget Sir J. Edgar Hoover, the notorious former chief of the FBI.

'The obedient servant' role appeared to be the choice of almost all those who attended this extravagant show of unfettered fetlock tugging British pageantry, accompanied by its often near hysterical mass cheering.

Beyond Buckingham Palace, thousands of special outdoor lunches, tea parties and other such gatherings were taking place up and down the Country, crowds enduring cold winds and even rain in their determination to show their very British support for the wealthiest woman in the World:

Elizabeth Windsor owns one sixth of the land mass of our planet. A big Estate, it consists of Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom plus many more smaller 'Commonwealth' fiefdoms. 

Her Crown Estate does not attract Inheritance or Capital Gains Tax. She has four palaces in the UK, one of which, Buckingham Palace, occasionally opens its doors for special groups. 

According to Lord Halsbury in Laws of the Land 'The sovereign can do no wrong and no laws can be brought against her.' Clearly not, according to Heathcott Williams 'Her investments in BP and Rio Tinto Zinc mean, very simply, that she profits from petrol and uranium, and her subjects get ill' (Royal Babylon).

Yet she has never been heard to contradict the view that often crippling government wage and pension reducing 'austerity' measures are exactly the right medicine for her subjects.

None of this deters her adoring fans. They variously describe her as a safe “mother figure” who somehow holds the country together while squabbling politicians do their worst; to “everybody's auntie” “a wonderful example” “a great upholder of tradition” and “such a lovely person”.

Such descriptions do not just come from fellow members of the British elite, but from millions of working people (once called 'working class') who apparently see in their Queen some sort of salvation from the daily drudgery of their working lives. A vivid spectacle of what it means 'to get to the top' even if such heights can never be attained without belonging to that tiny core of intermarrying bloodline families who have nurtured their way to the very pinnacles of power and control.

That the British Royal Family still epitomise some sort of fairytale state of existence, untouched and untroubled by the hurly burly of our racked and raped planet, is testimony to an extraordinary PR machine operating with military precision behind the scenes of the royal facade. Just the right amount of exposure and non exposure; of fashion and tradition; of pomp and 'informality'; of military prowess and social 'caring'. It is an expertly managed and executed contrivance that instils in people a hypnotic fascination rendering the majority incapable of discernment or critique.

This show blinds even sensible grown-up mortals into dreamily proclaiming British achievements in the colonies of yesteryear. For example, the way in which 'uneducated' tribal peoples were taught 'manners' and 'respect' for those who coralled them into service (slavery). A situation now aped by the transnational corporate sweat shops that took over once the colonial train had departed.

Elizabeth Windsor, who has been happy to cement 'the special relationship' (with the USA) was lavishly praised by Barak Obama on the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee. He didn't fail to reiterate the value of this 'special relationship' which is, in practice, a deal between a republic and and a monarchy to continue - together - the old colonial practice under another name “the war on terror”. The Brits getting the diplomacy and MI5 bit and the US getting the fire power factor and the cudos of commander in chief. A special relationship feared and loathed by much of the world, but not, it seems, by many of its paymasters: the tax paying citizens of the British Isles and North America.

Even as the young proteges, the dashing Prince William and the pretty Duchess his wife, smile and wave their youthful hands to an adoring World, the planet sinks ever further into conflict and confusion. The wealth chasm between rich and poor grows ever wider; the banking, agrichemical, pharmaceutical and oil mafia grow ever more arrogant and the corporate power mongers continue to close in on the establishment a 'New World Order.'

Australian Government Begins Testing Three-Year-Old Children for Mental Illness

In an another attempt by Big Brother to intrude on the development of our children, the Australian Federal Government has begun to systematically test three-year-old children for signs of mental illness via a national program aptly named “healthy kids check”.

The Australian Federal Government claims that the aim of the program is to improve the health and well-being of Australian children by identifying lifestyle risk factors that three-year-old children may be exposed to (for example, sleeping with the light on, having temper tantrums and being shy).

The healthy kids check program is expected to start July 1 2012 and will be predominantly managed by local General Practitioners who will be expected to report their findings to the Federal Government upon completion of an assessment form.

This test will form part of a standardised evaluation program for developmental problems such as hearing, vision and speech impairments. The Australian government expects that 27,000 3-year-old children will be assessed for “mental illness” within the first few months.

However, the Federal government is not only ordering general practitioners to look out for three-year-old children who are suffering from shyness, temper tensions and sleeping with the light on, they have also been instructed by the Federal Government to look out for the following “unusual” behaviours by three-year-old children:

• Ask questions about eating habits (Child’s appetite and variety of food they eat)

• Ask questions about the child’s toilet habits (do they need assistance, can they go independently or does the Child wet the bed)

• Ask questions about the child’s behaviour and mood (how well do they sleep, what’s the social and emotional well-being of the child and can the child separate from the main carer.

Many experts have warned that by introducing such intrusive checks at such an early age, doctors and general practitioners who are well-intentioned, will most likely end up prescribing antipsychotic medicines to 3-year-old children who are not technically suffering from any formal mental illness, but are simply showing signs of normal behaviour.

Professor Allen Frances, an American psychiatrist is quoted as saying,

”Many kids have developmental problems that disappear by themselves and it’s very difficult to evaluate in any given child whether the improvement resulted from treatment or just growing up. Before you have a mass national experiment like this, it needs to be carefully piloted to make sure that the harms are not going to be greater than the risks,”

With the new millenium, increasing numbers of people have heard about the "One World Religion" purportedly being planned by the ruling elite, i.e., the "Illuminati," "Masons," or various other cultic/religious interests. Many people believe that such a One World Religion, if indeed a planned development, will be a form of Catholicism or "New Age Spiritualism," while others such as Jews and Muslims insist that their ideologies will rule the world. From some circles it appears that, rather than heading for a "new age of enlightenment" with increased personal freedom, including the freedom from religion, as is popularly believed, the United States--and by extension the world--is evidently being pushed instead towards a fascistic theocracy. Although governmental agencies may have had a hand behind some aspects of the "New Age Movement" (NAM), the One World Religion evidently intended by these various agencies is not the pastiche of airy-fairy, lovey-dovey concepts found within the NAM, by which everyone is equal and accepted.

Vying for the authorship of the One World Religion are evidently a number of factions, including certain interest groups that wish the theocracy to be based primarily on Judaic ideology, emulating the firm and merciless hand of Islam's mullahs and imams. Under such a dictatorship, books would be banned and burned, and freethinkers would be jailed or executed. If the Hassidic Jewish Movement has its way, the so-called Noahide Laws would be followed to the letter, as would many others found in the "Old Testament," prescribing capital punishment for abortion, euthanasia and "sexual deviation" such as adultery and homosexuality. The punishment, in fact, for breaking any of the Noahide Laws is decapitation.

Although the term "Noahide Laws" is not widely known, it is fairly common knowledge among the political and religious powermongers, allegedly representing "holy writ" passed along to Noah prior to the "Great Flood." According to some, these Laws are to be the basis of the One World Religion being pushed by the "Committee of 300's" New World Order.

Ultraist intentions are displayed by the Temple Mount & Eretz Yisrael Faithful Movement - Jerusalem, a supposed "fringe group" (with Knesset connections) that advocates as one of its long-term objectives:

"Consecrating the Temple Mount to the Name of G-d so that it can become the moral and spiritual center of Israel, of the Jewish people and of the entire world according to the words of all the Hebrew prophets. It is envisioned that the consecration of the Temple Mount and the Temple itself will focus Israel on (a) fulfilling the vision and mission given at Mt. Sinai for Israel to be a chosen people separate unto G-d, a holy nation, and a nation of priests, and (b) becoming a light unto all the nations [Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 42:6] so that the Name of G-d may be revered by all nations and the Biblical way of life may be propagated throughout the world."

The Temple Mount Faithful group claim that the United States was "founded by G-d to stand with Israel against her enemies..." It further asserts that anyone who moves against Israel is "anti-G-d"; Israel and "her people" are essentially equated with God, but all others are not. Another quote from Temple Mount Faithful: "No one can stop the G-d of Israel."

Providing evidence of a possible One World Religion, on March 26, 1991, U.S. President George Bush snr. signed Public Law 102-14, a congressional resolution on the Seven Noahide Laws (H.J. Resolution 104, Public Law 102-14). Prior to that event, as Val Valerian says, "The bill was passed in the House by a voice vote on March 5, 1991 and was passed by the Senate on March 7, 1991." The Proclamation was as follows:

"Whereas Congress recognized the historical tradition of ethical values and principles which are the basis of civilized society and upon which our great Nation was founded;

"Whereas these ethical principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization when they were referred to as the Seven Noahide Laws;

"Whereas without these ethical values and principles the edifice of civilization stand in serious peril of returning to chaos;

"Whereas society is profoundly concerned with the recent weakening of these principles that has resulted in crises that beleaguer and threaten the fabric of civilized society;

"Whereas the justified preoccupation with these crises must not let the citizens of the Nation lose sight of their responsibility to transmit these historical ethical values from our distinguished past to the generations of the future;

"Whereas the Lubavitch movement has fostered and promoted these ethical values and principles throughout the world;

"Whereas Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, leader of the Lubavitch movement, is universally respected and revered and his eighty-ninth birthday falls on March 26, 1991;

"Whereas in tribute to this great spiritual leader, 'the rebbe,' this his ninetieth year will be seen as one of 'education and giving,' the year in which we turn education and charity to return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide Laws; and

What are the Noahide Laws?
The Noahide Laws are said to be from the "Bible," but evidently are Talmudic. The Encyclopedia Americana relates concerning the Noahide Laws:

"A Jewish Talmudic designation for seven biblical laws given to Adam and to Noah before the revelation to Moses on Mt Sinai and consequently binding all mankind. Beginning with Genesis 2:16, the Babylonian Talmud listed the first six commandments... After the flood a seventh commandment, given-to Noah, forbade the eating of flesh from living animals (Genesis 9:4). Throughout the ages scholars have viewed the Noahide Laws as a link between Judaism and Christianity, as universal norms of ethical conduct, as a basic concept of international law, or as a guarantee of fundamental human rights for all."

In Matrix III, Val Valerian says:

"...the Noahide Laws apply only to non-Jews living under Jewish jurisdiction. Interestingly, Webster's Dictionary, New International Edition 2nd Ed 1950, states that a Noachite is 'one who has taken the 21st degree of the Scottish Rite (Freemasonry).'"

As noted, the punishment for breaking these Laws is decapitation. Valerian wonders:

"In discussing this curious sociological development, I was reminded of the stories that have been going around for the past three or four years about shipments of guillotines into the United States. A connection?"

Valerian further quotes a "Dr. Earnest Easterly, III, Professor of International Law and Director of the Institute for Comparative Legal Studies, Southern University Law Center," as saying:

"With further recognition by other nations and international courts, the Seven Noahide Laws should become the cornerstone of a truly 'civilized' international legal order."

There have been a number of calls lately for the the "establishment of justice" based on the "seven mitzvot of the children of Noah," which are claimed to be "universal." In essence, Judeo-centric writers and leaders wish to impose the Noahide Laws upon the rest of the world. In fact, those who do not follow the "Seven Commandments of Noah" are considered to be "lower than the mosquito."

Former 'God’s Banker' could blitz Vatican with cache of secret documents

The former head of the Vatican Bank has become the Papacy’s Enemy Number One, after police discovered a trove of documents exposing financial misdeeds in the Holy See. The banker now reportedly fears for his life.

Earlier this week police conducted a dawn raid on the house and office of Ettore Gotti Tedeschi. Investigators say they were looking for evidence in a graft case against defense and aerospace firm Finmeccanica, which was formerly run by a close friend of Gotti Tedeschi.

Instead, as it turns out, police stumbled upon an entirely different find.

They discovered 47 binders containing private communication exposing the opaque inner workings of the secretive Holy See. They included financial documents, details of money transfers and confidential internal reports – all prepared by Gotti Tedeschi to build a convincing expose of corruption in the Vatican.

A renowned economics professor and head of the Italian branch of the giant Bank of Santander Gotti Tedeschi took what turned out to be a poisoned chalice of a job in 2009, when he became the President of the Institute for Works of Religion, the formal name for the Bank of Vatican. His brief was formidable – to introduce transparency to a lucrative enterprise that had become a byword for money-laundering and corruption.

After a tumultuous three years marked by in-fighting and public scandals, Gotti Tedeschi was unanimously dismissed from his post by a board of Vatican officials in May.

“I have paid for my transparency” the indignant banker said to the media, as he stormed off even before his dismissal hearing was over.

The confidential minutes of the stormy meeting obtained by Reuters showed the banker accused of "progressively erratic personal behavior" and "exhibiting lack of prudence and accuracy in comments regarding the Institute".

But there may have been other reasons.

Aware that his crusade against corruption was failing, Gotti Tedeschi probably began to leak important documents to the media.

The drip-drip of damaging revelations (alongside more personal ones presumably passed onto the media by the Pope’s own butler) has been dubbed 'Vatileaks', and has captivated Italy in recent months.

At the hearing, the board that dismissed the banker also indirectly accused Gotti Tedeschi of being behind some of the leaks, pointing to his "Failure to provide any formal explanation for the dissemination of documents last known to be in the president's possession."

While the leaks were a weapon with which to attack his enemies, Gotti Tedeschi was also preparing a last resort option if the battle was lost – a ‘suicide belt’ that would blow the lid off Vatican.

Several months ago, he reportedly told his friends that he began collecting an exhaustive dossier “in case something happened to him.”

It is this dossier that the police have now apparently discovered.

The Vatican is barely concealing its panic – and wants the folders handed back unopened.

“We have faith that the prosecutors and Italian judicial system will respect our sovereignty—recognized internationally—with regard to these documents,” said an official statement.

But there is little chance the Papacy will get its way this time.

Italian prosecutors have frequently been at loggerheads with the Vatican and have accused it of using its sovereignty as a shield against proper regulation.

If the documents do spark a legal firestorm, Ettore Gotti Tedeschi is sure to be a key witness in any trial. A former employee against his employers, and a conservative Catholic pitched against the Vatican itself.

Allegedly, Gotti Tedeschi keeps a list of personal enemies in the Vatican – people who he had felt would stop at nothing to prevent him from reforming the Institute for Works of Religion. His friends have told the media he is shaken and scared.

Police are now considering putting the whistle-blowing banker under armed protection.

Vatican, Israel to sign economic agreement

The Vatican is about to "indirectly recognise" Israel's annexation of East Jerusalem, seen by many Palestinians as the future capital of their independent state, a media report on Monday said.

This would be done if the draft of an economic agreement between the Jewish state and the Holy See, containing no distinction between sovereign Israel and the territories occupied by it in 1967, is approved by the two sides, Ha'aretz online reported.

The lack of a preamble containing such a distinction is at the center of heightened tension between Palestinian Christian denominations and the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) and the Vatican, it said.

Palestinian sources told the Israeli daily that the agreement would mean "indirect recognition" of Israeli annexation of East Jerusalem and of the imposition of Israeli law in part of the West Bank.

France, which has special standing as custodian of holy Christian sites and Christian communities, is also said to be concerned at the apparent latent recognition of the annexation and the economic implications for the communities, and particularly its Christian institutions in the country and the people who are part of them, the report said.

Contrary to the Palestinian concern, a "well informed source" is quoted as saying that "there is nothing in the agreement to harm the rights of the Palestinians," and that the agreement was made with the sovereign State of Israel in its internationally recognised identity, and therefore there was no need for a clarifying preamble.

The Bilateral Permanent Working Commission between the Holy See and the State of Israel is to meet in Rome today and tomorrow to continue with talks held in Jerusalem last week, addressing matters of disagreement.

Negotiations toward an agreement on the fiscal status of Catholic institutions in Israel have been underway for 13 years, 11 more than the original two years allocated in what is known as the "fundamental agreement".

The signing of that accord by Israel and the Vatican on December 30, 1993 had led to the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Vatican and Israel.

Obama speeds up limited air strike, no-fly zones preparations for Syria

US President Barack Obama has ordered the US Navy and Air Force to accelerate preparations for a limited air offensive against the Assad regime and the imposition of no-fly zones over Syria, DEBKAfile reports. Their mission will be to knock out Assad’s central regime and military command centers so as to shake regime stability and restrict Syrian army and air force activity for subduing rebel action and wreaking violence on civilian populations.

DEBKAfile’s sources disclose that the US President decided on this step after hearing Russian officials stating repeatedly that “Moscow would support the departure of President Bashar al-Assad if Syrians agreed to it.” This position was interpreted as opening up two paths of action:

1. To go for Assad’s removal by stepping up arms supplies to the rebels and organizing their forces as a professional force able to take on the military units loyal to Assad. This process was already in evidence Friday, June 8, when for the first time a Syrian Free Army (which numbers some 600 men under arms) attacked a Syrian army battalion in Damascus. One of its targets was a bus carrying Russian specialists. 

2. To select a group of high army officers who, under the pressure of the limited air offensive, would be ready to ease Assad out of power or stage a military coup to force him and his family to accept exile.

The US operation would be modulated according to the way political and military events unfolded.
Washington is not sure how Moscow would react aside from sharp condemnations or whether Russia would accept a process of regime change in Damascus and its replacement by military rule.

NATO preparing vast disinformation campaign

Member States of NATO and the GCC are preparing a coup d’état and a sectarian genocide in Syria. If you want to prevent these crimes, you should act now: circulate this article on the Internet and alert your elected officials.

In a few days, perhaps as early as Friday, June 15, at noon, the Syrians wanting to watch their national TV stations will see them replaced on their screens by TV programs created by the CIA. Studio-shot images will show massacres that are blamed on the Syrian Government, people demonstrating, ministers and generals resigning from their posts, President Al-Assad fleeing, the rebels gathering in the big city centers, and a new government installing itself in the presidential palace.

This operation of disinformation, directly managed from Washington by Ben Rhodes, the US deputy national security adviser for strategic communication, aims at demoralizing the Syrians in order to pave the way for a coup d’etat. NATO, discontent about the double veto of Russia and China, will thus succeed in conquering Syria without attacking the country illegally. Whichever judgment you might have formed on the actual events in Syria, a coup d’etat will end all hopes of democratization.

The Arab League has officially asked the satellite operators Arabsat and Nilesat to stop broadcasting Syrian media, either public or private (Syria TV, Al-Ekbariya, Ad-Dounia, Cham TV, etc.) A precedent already exists because the Arab League had managed to censure Libyan TV in order to keep the leaders of the Jamahiriya from communicating with their people. There is no Hertz network in Syria, where TV works exclusively with satellites. The cut, however, will not leave the screens black.

Actually, this public decision is only the tip of the iceberg. According to our information several international meetings were organized during the past week to coordinate the disinformation campaign. The first two were technical meetings, held in Doha (Qatar); the third was a political meeting and took place in Riyad (Saudi Arabia).

The first meeting assembled PSYOP officers, embedded in the satellite TV channels of Al-Arabiya, Al-Jazeera, BBC, CNN, Fox, France 24, Future TV and MTV. It is known that since 1998, the officers of the US Army Psychological Operations Unit (PSYOP) have been incorporated in CNN. Since then this practice has been extended by NATO to other strategic media as well.

They fabricated false information in advance, on the basis of a “story-telling” script devised by Ben Rhodes’s team at the White House. A procedure of reciprocal validation was installed, with each media quoting the lies of the other media to render them plausible for TV spectators. The participants also decided not only to requisition the TV channels of the CIA for Syria and Lebanon (Barada, Future TV, MTV, Orient News, Syria Chaab, Syria Alghad) but also about 40 religious Wahhabi TV channels to call for confessional massacres to the cry of “Christians to Beyrouth, Alawites into the grave!.”

The second meeting was held for engineers and technicians to fabricate fictitious images, mixing one part in an outdoor studio, the other part with computer generated images. During the past weeks, studios in Saudi Arabia have been set up to build replicas of the two presidential palaces in Syria and the main squares of Damascus, Aleppo and Homs. Studios of this type already exist in Doha (Qatar), but they are not sufficient.

The third meeting was held by General James B. Smith, the US ambassador, a representative of the UK, prince Bandar Bin Sultan (whom former U.S. president George Bush named his adopted son so that the U.S. press called him “Bandar Bush”). In this meeting the media actions were coordinated with those of the Free "Syrian" Army, in which prince Bandar’s mercenaries play a decisive role.

The operation had been in the making for several months, but the U.S. National Security Council decided to accelerate the action after the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, notified the White House that he would oppose by all means, even by force, any illegal NATO military intervention in Syria.

The operation has a double intent: the first is to spread false information, the second aims at censuring all possible responses.

The hampering of TV satellites for military purposes is not new. Under pressure from Israel, the USA and the EU blocked Lebanese, Palestinian, Iraqi, Libyan and Iranian TV channels, one after the other. However, no satellite channels from other parts of the world were censured.

The broadcast of false news is also not new, but four significant steps have been taken in the art of propaganda during the last decade.

• In 1994, a pop music station named “Free Radio of the Thousand Hills” (RTML) gave the signal for genocide in Rwanda with the cry, “Kill the cockroaches!”

• In 2001, NATO used the media to impose an interpretation of the 9/11 attacks and to justify its own aggression against Afghanistan and Iraq. At that time already, it was Ben Rhodes who had been commissioned by the Bush administration to concoct the Kean/Hamilton Commission report on the attacks.

• In 2002, the CIA used five TV channels (Televen, Globovision, ValeTV and CMT) to make the public in Venezuela believe that phantom demonstrators had captured the elected president, Hugo Chávez, forcing him to resign. In reality he was the victim of a military coup d’etat.

• In 2011, France 24 served as information ministry for the Libyan CNT, according to a signed contract. During the battle of Tripoli, NATO produced fake studio films, then transmitted them via Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya, showing phantom images of Libyan rebels on the central square of the capital city, while in reality they were still far away. As a consequence, the inhabitants of Tripoli were persuaded that the war was lost and gave up all resistance.

Nowadays the media do not only support a war, they produce it themselves.

This procedure violates the principles of International Law, first of all Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights relating to the fact of "receiving and imparting information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.” Above all, the procedure violates the United Nations General Assembly resolution, adopted after the end of World War II, to prevent further wars. Resolutions 110, 381 and 819 forbid “to set obstacles to free exchange of information and ideas” (like cutting off Syrian TV channels) and “ all propaganda provoking or encouraging threats to peace, breaking peace, and all acts of aggression”. By law, war propaganda is a crime against peace, the worst of crimes, because it facilitates war crimes and genocide.
