Once the Daily Mail decides that they know the cause of a certain problem they certainly don't like conflicting opinions supported by evidence to appear in comments.One of their recent efforts attempted to blame rising numbers of sexual diseases on "promiscuous men".
Unless they'd be gay men, surely there's a woman involved somewhere and it took two to tango? In fairness, the Mail story does mention "men who have sex with men" as being a concern, and does feature a pic of men touching one another's bums.
That's by the by though, a posting pointing out that a huge amount of the problem could be laid at the door of immigration resulted in them temporarily removing all comments from the article.
They'll say it didn't happen - so here's the screenshot (and copy of page saved if they really want to challenge it so that anyone can see code is unedited) :
