In one of the more outrageous judicial rulings in the history of Knoxville, TN, the four black thugs who were tried and convicted of the torture and slaying of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom were granted new trials on December 1st, 2011 by Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood.
Blackwood ruled that former judge Richard Baumgartner did not exercise his role of 13th juror in that he did not sign off on the final verdict in any of the four trials. In addition, Blackwood revealed alleged misconduct by Baumgartner during the time of the initial trials, to include doctor shopping and falsifying drug test results for a woman he was seeing. Judge Blackwood called the evidence of Baumgartner's crimes humiliating to judges everywhere, and said the records left him no choice but to throw out convictions against the four defendants and order new trials for Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas, and Vanessa Coleman. Davidson was sentenced to death, Cobbins and Thomas to life, and Coleman to 53 years for their roles in the brutal kidanpping, rape, torture, and murder of Channon Christian and Chris Newsom.
Baumgartner stepped down and pleaded guilty in March 2011 to a felony official misconduct charge after a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) probe found he had purchased pills from a probationer in his court. He was said to be taking as many as 30 pills per day, including hydrocodone, oxycodone, and OxyContin, while on the bench, even during the Christian-Newsom trials. He was given a suspended sentence of two years and granted judicial diversion in order that he could keep his pension. He was disbarred in October 2011. The unveiling of pictures of planned luxury residential towers scheduled to be built in Seoul, South Korea, has sparked instant controversy. The reason is obvious. US Troops Deploying on Jordan-Syria Border

USA: Drones Officially Take Flight For Domestic Law Enforcement, Heralding a New Level of the Police State
It is a sign of just how fast the police state is advancing that drones in American skies have gone from conspiracy theory to admitted fact in about a year.

Now that the precedent has been set -- with a supporting narrative to boot -- the full spectrum of the drone capability is set to be unleashed in America. Everything from spotting "adversarial intent" to facial recognition, soft biometrics, general threat assessments and even nano drones that mimic nature itself. And don't think that weaponization is far off.
We will be sold first on the effective use of surveillance to thwart armed conflict, like this one with the dangerous Sovereign Citizens, and other extremists to come no doubt. Then, perhaps we will see them used to deliver non-lethal weapons from above to quell protests (sorry, riots). Then, once we have become fully acclimated . . . .
Dennis Kucinich is one of very few critical voices on this issue. Kucinich penned a terrific commentary back in August warning of the threat to the rule of law posed by unmanned drones. UK public pay for a highly censored BBC?
I have always had so much respect for the BBC until the day that they censored me during their programme called “Question time” when it came to the City of Derby.
I was selected to be in the audience and placed myself on the front row in full view of the cameras so that I could get my point across concerning massive fraud that was being carried out within the UK.
Included in this show was discussion on Libya and so I was well and truly fired up to launch my comments on this topic. But sadly it was not to be!
David Dimbleby the compare of the show gave everyone a pre show brief and explained that after the initial warm up everything that was discussed would be televised but that was far from the truth.
The first question of the evening was in relation to the economic downturn and so David selected me to respond to the first question of the evening. Sitting on the panel was a local MP Margaret Beckett to whom I had approached many times on the question of massive fraud involving senior company executives, banking executives and many Tory Party MP´s.
I stated to the panel if they were aware of the current massive fraud that was taking place in this country involving the above and in particular politicians. David Dimbleby was clearly taken back by my comment and put his fingers up to his ear piece, it was obvious he was receiving some instruction from the TV control room.
The show was then basically stopped for a short duration whilst they moved onto the second question of the evening which was in relation to Libya. Again, throughout this time I held my hand up to participate in the debate but to no avail.
I later viewed the programme only to find that not only had the entire first segment been cut from the programme but also that it had been doctored to start at the second question of the evening regarding the current situation in Libya. David Dimbleby announced the start of the show with the first question being about Libya, which was a total lie and cover-up!
My concern obviously is the fact that the UK is in a dire financial crisis (as is the whole of Europe) and this type of fraud and corruption is rife, not only here in Britain, but also throughout Europe. Surely such a comment made on the BBC Question Time show would be in the public interest and be worthy of putting on air?
The British Public have to pay £145.50 for a TV licence. The money is used by the BBC to pay for its TV, radio and online services but maybe the British Public are not aware that much money is also provided to the BBC by the US and also from the Zionist sector.
Having lived in Australia I find this fee is a total “rip off” when one is subjected to not only censorship but also what we are allowed to talk about and see. It is clear that since the Gulf War the BBC has been leaning towards not only the US but promoting a type of propaganda that one would expect from a dictatorship.
One could clearly see during the coverage of Libya that not only were certain scenes being set up, purely for the camera, but the coverage was bordering on a sort of pathetic ritual on demonising Gaddafi and his forces for atrocities as our forces blasted Libya with depleted uranium to “save lives.” The reporting eventually turned into a standard that could only be described as third rate and certainly did not justify the fee that we all have to pay.
Now we see the BBC playing out the same scenario in regard to Syria with the same very jittery mobile phone images and extremely false reporting. They give no account of the true situation which is the fact that Special Forces, Mercenaries, CIA, MI5 and Mossad operatives are behind the Syrian lines stirring things up. They also do not cover the fact that the French are helping in training of combatants on both the Turkish side and in Lebanon, not to mention the intense arms smuggling that is going on.
The west is hell bent on another regime change and the BBC is right in there doing its usual covert false flags reporting with such headlines as: “Syria slowly inches towards civil war”
There are the usual comments meant to reach the hearts of the readers: "Assad's armoured vehicles are coming and they have nothing to stop them."
We joined the family for prayers in the mosque, men standing silently over the body, tears streaming down their faces. They were in no doubt that a government sniper had done this.
Note the BBC´s overemphasis on the comment above, it is broadly known that unknown operatives infiltrate into such environments and take out innocent victims to create more unrest and such a statement is not only unproven but over dramatic to say the least! Then we again see another comment about creating a “No Fly Zone” with this statement below:

Again we see the rebel forces, with the help of the BBC, placing another emphasis on the need for a No Fly Zone. This is brain washing at its best, it has been proven that during the Libyan Conflict the same attention was paid to the humanitarian aspects, which were grossly exaggerated, and the fear of an airborne attack.
One cannot even imagine what tripe the BBC will be turning out over the coming weeks but for sure they will only manage to show one side of the conflict with a well written dialogue by the best PR people available. One can see that William Shakespeare lives on in the BBC but without the sophistication that existed at the Globe Theatre.
As William once said “The evil that men do lives after them” and no doubt the BBC will become victim of its own well rehearsed propaganda and like all bad play acting the viewers will vent their anger when the ratings come out.

People want different things, including complicated reassurances. They want clear demarcations from the metaphysical (that would be Origami). Others, some of whom have darker intentions, while being clueless that many words have more than one meaning, want meaning to be narrowly employed, without the benefit of a wider range. Some want to demand that I accept that the ZioNazi world control agenda and their near total control of the banks and the media be allocated to some mysterious other, who is using them as pawns. They never say who it is most of the time and they never provide facts or provenance, except to say it's The Vatican or some shadowy Illuminati (check out who is supposed to have founded the Illuminati and was born one thing and then was, allegedly raised as another).
This Illuminati is supposed to have infiltrated the Masons and corrupted that organization. So where does that leave us? It leaves us with the same AshkeNazi cabal of world wide slave masters. I can find provenance and historical record aplenty for some version of this but I find jackshit for the secret shadowmeisters and invariably the people who comment on them are anonymous.
An argument can be made for a world wide organization of Satanists but then you have to consider The Synagogue of Satan and you might as well read the book. According to the American Civil Liberties Union(ACLU), it authorizes presidents “to order the military to pick up and imprison people, including U.S. citizens, without charging them or putting them on trial.” (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) So much for Amendment VI to our Constitution that “the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial.”
Just destroying your protection against arbitrary arrest and imprisonment means the bill’s authors Senators Carl Levin of Michigan and John McCain of Arizona don’t have to bother with junking anything else. Once you’re imprisoned you won’t need any other “stinkin’ rights.”

The regime objects to military detention because the implication of military detention is that detainees are prisoners of war...(and) detainees treated according to the laws of war have the protections of the Geneva Conventions. They cannot be tortured. The Obama regime opposes military detention, because detainees would have some rights. These rights would interfere with the regime’s ability to send detainees to CIA torture prisons overseas.”
Perhaps this is a good time to remind swindled American taxpayers that totalitarianism is what comes of funding a perpetual warfare state that spies on all global communications, builds the greatest military in human history, assassinates foreign leaders, overthrows elected governments, invades small nations based on lies to seize their natural resources, and threatens the world from its 800 military bases.
The NDAA perpetuates all this and now endows the criminal leadership in Congress and the White House with the weapons to turn upon their own.
The only senators with guts to oppose the bill were Democrats Tom Harkin of Iowa; Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley of Oregon; Republicans Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, Mike Lee of Utah, Rand Paul of Kentucky; and Independent Bernie Sanders of Vermont. As Sen. Paul asked during the debate, "Under the provisions, wouldn't it be possible, then, that an American citizen could be declared an enemy combatant and sent to Guantanamo Bay and detained indefinitely?"
If you don’t call your congressperson today to stop the NDAA, you are not likely to enjoy the blessings of liberty tomorrow. The light in the torch of the Statue of Liberty has already been snuffed out by our illegal foreign wars. The final disgrace will be to imprison the beautiful lady behind the barbed wire of the NDAA.

Newt Gingrich is no doubt a revolutionary political thinker.
He has managed to offer an adequate solution to the Israeli Palestinian conflict. In an interview with Steven Weiss of The Jewish Channel, Gingrich said that the Palestinians are an ‘invented people.’
"I think that we've had an invented Palestinian people, who are in fact Arabs, and were historically part of the Arab community. And they had a chance to go to many places.”
Such an approach to world affairs is consistent with both Walt Disney’s phantasmic vision of reality and Zionist Golda Meir who back in 1969 announced that there was “no such thing as a Palestinian people... It is not as if we came and threw them out and took their country. They didn't exist."[1]
No doubt, Gingrich’s/Meir’s ‘genius’ visionary idea should be applied to every American war and conflict. I guess that it is just a question of time before Gingrich announces that the Iraqi people are also ‘invented’, like the Palestinians they were also part of the Arab community. They may also have to schlep around and leave their beloved country to America and its Zionist rulers.

White House unleashes new terrorism propaganda campaign
Yesterday the White House revealed a new plan to fight what they allege is the threat of homegrown terrorism; a threat which I have been pointing out has been artificially hyped up for some time now.
The Obama administration continues to promulgate the fake threat of terrorism in order to justify their increasing erosion of civil liberties and massive expenditures on so-called counterterrorism efforts. The program is aimed at even further integrating local and federal authorities, just as the fusion centers do across the nation, along with improving the ability for officers to “recognize violent extremism,” according to ABC News.
However, I think we all know by now this means teaching them to be paranoid, to ignore all facts that show the threat of terrorism is incredibly low, and to be suspicious of their fellow citizens. This new program isn’t just integrating local law enforcement with federal agencies as the fusion centers have been doing, it is also increasing “coordination between local partners – including schools and community groups,” representing a new front in fear mongering.
Through so-called “community outreach” programs, the federal government fosters a pervasive sense of paranoia and fear which allows for wildly un-American and incredibly dangerous legislation like S.1867 to pass with such astounding margins.
The 24-page report released yesterday draws parallels between domestic extremism and “gang violence” and “sexual offenses” while a recent Department of Defense letter called the Fort Hood shooting “workplace violence.”
“We also continue to be disappointed by the administration’s refusal to identify violent Islamist extremism as our enemy,” the statement from Collins and Lieberman said. “To understand this threat and counter it, we must not shy away from making the sharp distinction between the peaceful religion followed by millions of law-abiding Americans and a twisted corruption of that religion used to justify violence.”This also follows the trend I have been observing for some time of shifting the alleged threat away from Muslim extremists and towards regular Americans.
This latest report from the Obama administration is clearly pushing the narrative that the real threat is average American citizens and not foreign radical militants, a move which is undoubtedly related to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

An amazing piece of mid-event revisionism titled, “Moscow braces as election protest goes viral,” desperately attempts to portray the protests as “leaderless” even as the article itself interviews “organizers.” Quoting unnamed, and most likely nonexistent protesters, the article featured in the Sydney Morning Herald insists protesters claimed, “I came on my own. I learnt about it on the web.” But the article then states (emphasis added), “and last night, thanks to the web, organisers were expecting more than 30,000 people to demonstrate against what they see as the rigged results of last Sunday’s elections, because that’s how many have committed themselves to a sign-up sheet on Facebook.”
While the article claims that no political party is recruiting protesters, earlier reports out of the Western media contradict this entirely, with the London Telegraph reproducing a blog post by US NED-funded opposition leader Boris Nemtsov stating before the December 10 protests, “I am talking about pickets at Petrovka 38 (the main police station) and on Simferopol Boulevard where the detained are being held, and other actions too. We start from today. I will take part in all this myself. On Saturday, December 10, a general meeting will be held on Revolution Square (in Moscow) at two o’clock to protest against these false elections. ”
The Daily Mail has also reported,”and Moscow rally organiser, opposition politician Vladimir Ryzhkov, has announced there will be another protest on December 24, which he says will be twice as large,” and RIA Novosti News reporting, “on a stage emblazoned with the logo “Return Power to the People” Russia’s best known opposition figures, from cultural leaders like Navalny and opposition music critic Artemy Troitsky to opposition politicians Boris Nemtsov, Vladimir Ryzhkov and Solidarnost youth leader Ilya Yashin, addressed the hyped-up crowds.”
Aggression Is Closing In On Syria

On 25 November 2011, the Arab League – a collection of illegitimate despots controlled by Saudi Arabia and other Gulf oil fiefdoms – suspended Syria’s membership in the Arab League and called for economic and diplomatic sanctions against the nation of Syria. Like Libya, the suspension of Syria from the Arab league provides the U.S. and its allies with a fig-leaf to attack Syria and wage war against another Muslim nation.
100s US-NATO Soldiers On Jordan-Syria Border

“Some of the US forces that left the Ain al-Assad Air base in Iraq last Thursday, did not come back to the USA or its base in Germany, but were transferred to Jordan during the evening hours.”

There is only one thing more irritating than the pseudo-intellectual. And that’s the pseudo-idiot. We've all seen them. The Oxbridge graduates who claim to hate culture. The accountants who pretend to enjoy paintballing. The nerds who boast about all the time they spend in the pub.
There is something desperately immature about pseudo-idiots. They seem to embody that juvenile habit of reducing conversation to its crudest elements, and dismissing everything else as boring. It's as though they are trying to sound too cool for school. And most immature of all, it shows a total lack of self-awareness.
Politicians are the worst offenders. It doesn't matter whether it's MPs tweeting endlessly about the X Factor or Government ministers telling interviewers how much they love Lady Gaga. There are few things less credible than Westminster anoraks acting like they only ever read celebrity biographies.
Listening to David Cameron profess his support for Aston Villa is always exquisitely embarrassing. And the problem is worse for the Left. No doubt the Right has its fair share of bores and dimwits. But they're rarely pretending.
No, for the make-believe morons you have to look to the Left. Ed Miliband is a good example. As well as trying not to seem like a geek, he's also trying to suggest that he shares the outlook and experiences of your average Labour voter. That despite a lifetime spent looking at income graphs and policy papers, he's just a nomal bloke. In particular, he has an excruciating habit of pretending not to understand what words like “neoliberalism” and “socialist” mean, despite having spent time at Oxford, Harvard and the LSE.
Part of the reason is that the Left has always appealed to intellectuals. Academics are often Left-wing, while most JCRs still contain a handful of Marxists. But at the same time the Left makes a tremendous effort to identify with the working man. And for many Left-wing intellectuals this translates as deliberate, wilful philistinism.
But that is where pseudo-idiocy turns into something rather nasty. It realies on the patronising preconception about other people. A pseudo-idiot assumes that everyone else dislikes opera and Proust, so they'd better bang on about football and bitter. Which is a rather snobbish way to treat the electorate.
This is not to suggest that an intellectual could not enjoy either football or bitter. But that is not the point. What is objectionable is the conspicuous consumption. They are showing off about what simple and honest people they are. Even though nine times out of ten it's a lie.
Fortunately most people can see straight through this. After all, what could be less simple and honest about a pale, nervous chap in a suit telling people how normal he is.

UK recession will be 'far worse than we thought,' admit experts
Britain will plunge into a far deeper recession next year than previously forecast, according to a gloomy prediction from top economists. But the contraction will not be as painful as for those in the eurozone, including France and Germany, which are struggling to tackle the single currency debt problem. Analysts from Standard Chartered Bank say the UK economy has already started to go into reverse as companies lay off employees and households cope with the spending squeeze.
And it will continue to stutter through at least half of 2012, shrinking by about 1.3per cent in total, compared to a drop of 1.5per cent in the eurozone countries. But all European nations will be left in the wake of China and India as their economies continue to surge forward.
'There will be a two-speed world where a fragile West contrasts with a resilient East,' Gerard Lyons, chief economist at Standard Chartered, told The Daily Telegraph. 'The UK has already slipped back into recession this quarter. So much so, that growth of only 0.6per cent in 2011 may be followed by a contraction of 1.3per cent in 2012,' he added.

House of Commons Speaker John Bercow faces further scrutiny today after it emerged he spent £30,000 of public money flying business class to overseas conferences in the last two years. The taxpayer also foot the bill for his staff and controversial wife, Sally Bercow, according to a travel log released under freedom of information laws.
Mr Bercow went on nine trips to destinations such as Kenya, Rome, Greece, India and Canada, mostly at the invitation of other parliamentary speakers. On eight of the nine visits, he flew business or upper class and on one occasion took his wife and two officials with him to Rome on a visit that cost £3,599, figures in The Daily Telegraph show.
A trip to Ottawa in Canada, left the taxpayer with a bill for more than £7,500. On each trip, he took at least one official with him. His spending for the period, between September 2009 and September 2011, works out at more than £1,200 a month.

UK - Rioters beware: Police set to deploy £25,000 James Bond-style laser
Police may be given a laser weapon that could repel rioters with a blinding wall of light. The shoulder-mounted device, which resembles a rifle, temporarily impairs the vision of anyone looking towards it. Developed by a former Royal Marine commando, the £25,000 laser can dazzle and incapacitate targets up to 1,640ft away by creating a 13ft wall of light.
Government scientists have been impressed by initial trials and are preparing to ask police to test it as potential weapon in a growing armoury of equipment aimed at preventing a repeat of the August riots. The Home Office said it had to be tested further and guidelines drawn up for its use.
Paul Kerr, of Photonic Security Systems, the UK-based firm behind it, said the effect was like looking into a low sun on a bright winter day. He added: ‘It is horrible. It makes you look away. The system would give police an intimidating visual deterrent. If you can't look at something you can't attack it. If police spot someone trying to do something untoward, painting them with this would certainly make them think twice about it.’
