USA: Arizona Under Martial Law?
Quartzsite, Arizona, the town now infamous for arresting a citizen for speaking during a public city council meeting, has apparently declared martial law. This, according to Quartzsite Mayor Ed Foster, happened after a secret meeting was held during which the city council voted in favor of declaring a state of emergency.
Jennifer Jones, the woman who has gone on a full scale crusade against corruption in the small town of 3,600, posted an urgent update on here blog The Desert Freedom Press.
“At about noon today, the town council, at the request of the police chief, declared an official state of emergency. Sgt Xavier Frausto was dressed in tactical gear when he and the police chief demanded the mayor get in their car,” wrote Jones.
That’s right, according to this report, police in tactical gear ordered a sitting mayor to a potentially illegal secret meeting. The Mayor instead drove himself to the meeting which he himself later called illegal.
“They’ve got their tactical gear on, the police chief and his sergeant,” Jones said. “I don’t know what that means. I need to get the word out in case they come here. I am very concerned for my safety.”

UK: Taser gun used on man aged 82
Police were called to an incident in Islip Gardens, Northolt, on 28 June and arrested the pensioner on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and criminal damage to a motor vehicle. One officer "discharged a Taser" during the incident, the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) said. The man was taken to hospital after he complained of pain while in custody.

UK: Father fined £1,000 for warning families about a paedophile
A father who warned another parent about a convicted paedophile has been fined £1,000 and found guilty of harassing the sex offender. He was horrified to find his ex-wife’s new husband – stepfather to his daughter, 11 – had served three jail terms for sex crimes.
A reporting restriction imposed to protect the stepfather’s identity means that none of the family members can be named. One of the stepfather’s sentences was for molesting two 12-year-old girls as they slept at his house.
A court heard the father raised the alarm after discovering four of his daughter’s friends had been invited to the family home for a sleepover to celebrate her birthday. When he showed the mother of one girl a newspaper clipping revealing the stepfather’s convictions, all the parents stopped their children going to the sleepover. Following that action, as well as repeated phone calls to the home of his ex-wife and her husband, the father was arrested and convicted of harassment at Worcester Magistrates Court and fined £1,000.

Iraq: 'Mullen remarks indicate US desperation'

On Friday, the chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff accused Iran of “supporting extremist troops” in Iraq who are responsible for a recent upsurge in killings of American forces.
“I believe the Americans are trying to make excuses, create Iranophobia, and cause doubt and anxiety among Iraqi officials and society. The Americans are trying to suggest that if they leave Iraq, Iraq will be threatened by Iran,” Hassan Danaeifar said on Sunday.
Danaeifar added that the US needed to find supporters in Iraq's parliament and government to extend its presence in the country.
The Iranian ambassador said Iran has been cooperating with Iraq on security issues since the overthrow of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, ISNA reported.

UK: Economy shrank in last three months, experts fear
BRITAIN'S economy shrank in the past three months, top City experts are warning.
Two leading investment banks calculate that GDP fell by 0.2 per cent between April and June. The forecast, ahead of official figures, will come as a brutal blow to Chancellor George Osborne's hopes for recovery - with his biggest spending cuts yet to bite.
And it will revive fears of another recession, defined as two quarters of negative growth in a row.
The forecast by Citigroup and Scotia Capital follows 0.5 per cent growth in the first quarter from January to March. But the economy has since been rocked by Europe's debt crisis. Manufacturers were also hit by the run of bank holidays in April. And nervy consumers, facing the biggest squeeze for a generation, have stayed away from the high street. Alan Clarke, chief UK economist at Scotia, said: "It's going to be a long hard slog."

“This couldn’t come at a worse time, particularly as supermarkets continue to sell alcohol at ridiculously low prices.”

As 'Principal Intelligence Officer' for the South Yorkshire Police he had to produce a yearly ‘Strategic Threat Assessment Matrix’ to determine how the police force should prioritise its activities.
Part of this exercise involved analysis and predictive numerical weightings related to various aspects of the 'terror threat' presented by Islamic extremists in South Yorkshire.
Shortly before presenting his annual report in July 2010, Mr Farrell became convinced (over the course of about 8 days) that the major source of the 'terror threat' was neither external nor Islamic but came from within the UK government. Like many millions before him, having come across unreported evidence relating to 9/11 and 7/7, Tony Farrell quite quickly realised (with certainty) that both these attacks were classic false-flag events.
Mr Farrell is a Christian. He understood how unacceptable his views would be to the police hierarchy. He knew that delivering his rather alternative analysis and recommendations could only get him in deep trouble. Nevertheless, if anything is an issue of conscience, this was just such an issue.
He presented his ‘Strategic Threat Assessment Matrix’ report to a roomful of stunned superiors. They listened respectfully.
(One can only imagine the scene. Who wouldn't swap a ticket to the World Cup Final for one minute in that room. Mr Farrell should auction his PowerPoint show for the event on eBay.)

He says he is now a crusader against the Satanic cabal of international oligarchs bent on imposing a single world government on humanity.
I agree with Mr Farrell. That these people are 'Satanic' is a fact that needs to be recognised by all.

USA: Record one in six Americans now on food stamps as depression escalates
While the mainstream media has all but convinced most Americans that the nation is slowly climbing out of the "recession," new statistics released by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) suggest otherwise. According to just-released participation numbers for the agency's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), known more commonly as "food stamps," nearly one in six Americans now participates in the program, which represents a new record high.
Rising from 14.3 percent of the US population participating in the program back in February (http://www.naturalnews.com/032312_f...), the new numbers are a bit shocking when considering how many of these new enrollees actually are. It is not simply the very poor and chronic abusers that are taking advantage of the program -- many former middle class families now struggling just to get by are having to sign up for government food assistance.

The Islamic Emirates Project
