On Monday, TEPCO began discharging 11,500 tons of contaminated water into the surrounding water – a serious development in the ongoing containment issues and release of radioactive material at TEPCO’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant.

On April 5th, 2011, at 11 a.m., at the Federal Courthouse at 141 Church Street in New Haven, Connecticut, the case of Gallop v. Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Myers will be heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

Gallop's case relies on virtually all forms of evidence admissible in court, but significantly, on published scientific evidence that residues of these explosives were found in the rubble after the attacks. In its totality the proffered case establishes that the government hypothesis -- that the buildings collapsed due to fire in combination with the airplane impacts -- is scientifically untenable.

In addition, Ms. Gallop will, through photographic and other physical evidence, as well as the testimony of a multitude of military and civilian survivors, demonstrate the impossibility of her having lived through the attack on the Pentagon if it had taken place as the government and the defendants claim.

German Federal Judge, Deiter Dieseroth, stated in December 2009 that:

"No independent court has applied legal procedures to review the available evidence on who was responsible for the attacks."

Also, that "it is not acceptable for a constitutional state...to declare war, bomb a foreign country, and place it under military occupation," without first identifying suspects.

Dieseroth also said the U.S. "was under burden of proof" that Osama bin Laden was responsible for the attacks, yet the FBI admits it has no evidence presentable in court to back this up.

The stakes in this case are epic, including the possibility of an overwhelming transformation of the world's understanding of history, not to mention American citizens' relationship with their government.

Canada: Winnipeg Porn Judge Scandal Update

The Sept. 2010 article below described how in 2003, Jack King, the husband of the future chief family court judge, Lori Douglas, solicited a Black client, Alex Chapman, to appear naked in a porn video with her.

But there have been no demonstrations or demands for Lori Douglas' resignation. Is it because she is a feminist? She is merely suspended while the Canadian Judicial Council "investigates."
I am not optimistic. The CJC recently refused to hear a mother's complaint against a kinky colleague of Lori Douglas' who awarded sole custody of children to the father, a documented pedophile.

Take Alex Chapman (picture right.) In 2003, two years before Lori Douglas became a Manitoba judge, her husband Jack King, also a lawyer, tried to procure Alex for obscene sexual acts and photos with his wife.

Since Chapman, 44, went public last week, the following developments have occurred:

1. Alex Chapman has lost his job of 13 years as an IT person with insurance giant, Great West Life. He was suspended with pay in August and escorted out of the building by security. Tuesday he learned he had been fired. The pretext is that he kept evidence on his office computer. The real reason is that, like most corporations, Great Waste Life is Illuminati. It is owned by the Desmarais family, Rockefeller's Canadian consiglieri. 

2. Sheriff's officers have been ordered to seize Chapman's computers and files. Lori Douglas' colleague Queen's Bench Justice Joan McKelvey made the ruling Thursday following a heated, two-hour court hearing in which Chapman claimed he is the victim of a racist, corrupt justice system.

"I'm a Black guy who has dirt on top officials. Tell me, where do Black people get fair treatment in our system," Chapman said outside court.

Chapman told court he is trying to obtain a lawyer to represent him but is having difficulty because so many in Manitoba have connections to the parties involved in the case. He said he plans to bring a motion seeking to have all Queen's Bench judges "disqualified" from hearing any further arguments about this case on the grounds there is a perception of bias.

If successful, it would require a judge or judges from outside the province to be brought in.

3. Allan Fineblit, chief executive officer of the Law Society of Manitoba, confirmed the province's governing body for lawyers has been aware of at least some details of the scandal since 2003. Yet no action was taken until computer programmer Alex Chapman came forward with a formal complaint less than two months ago.


"I'm out the job that kept me going in all this mess," Chapman told the Winnipeg Free Press. "I didn't want to pull Great-West Life into this mess, but they're somehow politically connected. I do an excellent job. I go over and beyond each day," Chapman said, citing positive performance reviews. "They just walk people out the door because somebody phoned them up and said some crap?"

Chapman plans to file a complaint about his firing to the Manitoba Human Rights Commission this week. Good luck! He is also demanding the company allow him to retrieve the file. The images contained in the file were evidence for his civil case, he said, and thus not equivalent to downloading pornography.

In other words, Douglas' extracurricular activities were widely known TWO years BEFORE she became a judge in 2005. We must therefore conclude her depraved behavior was not a barrier to becoming a family court judge, and may have been a criterion. This is the way satanic elites operate. Everyone must first be compromised.  

But now the local legal eagles are "wondering whether a scandal could have been avoided if the issue had been dealt with sooner -- and possibly spared Queen's Bench Associate Chief Justice Lori Douglas the embarrassment she is now facing."

Fineblit said this week they didn't pursue the matter further because they had "no complainant." He doesn't believe there has been any attempt at a "cover-up," certainly not by his organization.

4. The body that represents Manitoba lawyers has slammed CBC for its "unwarranted attack" on a respected member of the judiciary and wants the public broadcaster to publicly apologize for its "savage" reporting. Just in case you were wondering about the values of Winnipeg lawyers. Moreover,
no local lawyer would agree to represent Chapman. He had to find one from Ontario.

5. University of Manitoba law professor Karen Busby said: "Most people have sex pictures out there somewhere, then it's an impossible standard for anyone to meet to become a judge."

Puh-lease. I suppose Douglas also didn't know why she had repeated lunch dates with Chapman. Reynolds continues:

"If Karen Busby's correct, and most of us have sex pictures or ill-advised letters or emails we wish we hadn't sent, there's a lesson. Some people are judging the judge because they can, because it's sport to see the powerful humbled. I hope Douglas's friends, family and colleagues are gathering around and holding her close."

See how they're normalizing this behavior? Everybody is like this? If they have their way, they will be.

6. Deafening by virtue of their silence, we haven't heard a peep from local church leaders, our moral guardians, all bought and paid for, apparently. 

7. Another complaint has been filed with the Canadian Judicial Council against Lori Douglas. A woman complained that in 2008, Douglas failed to grant her a Prevention Order against her husband, a lawyer who ran in the same perverted circles as Judge Douglas.

UK: PAEDOPHILE FREED AFTER JUDGE BLAMES VICTIM, 13

A JUDGE yesterday sparked outrage by accusing a schoolgirl of seducing a paedophile – and then let the pervert walk free.

David Barnes, 24, met the 13-year-old girl in an internet chatroom and persuaded her to perform a sex act while he watched over a webcam. Police who later raided his home found hundreds of obscene pictures and movies on his ­computers. One showed a handcuffed five-year-old being raped.

The shop worker from Darlington, Co Durham, admitted 17 specimen charges of making indecent images and one of inciting a child to engage in ­sexual activity. But when Barnes appeared before Judge Peter Fox at Teesside Crown Court he was given a ­suspended sentence.

The judge said that it was difficult to reconcile the public image of a hard-working and highly thought of young man with that of a child sex fiend. He said the child porn – some of which was at the most serious level of obscenity – would shock Barnes’ family and friends.

He added: “And in addition, there was your perverted activities over the internet with the 13-year-old, who, I accept, appears to have seduced you.”

Neil Atkinson, spokesman for the National Victims’ Association, said: “Thirteen-year-olds have to be protected – they are children. Intellectually, ethically, morally and in every other way you can’t point the finger at a 13-year-old and blame her. The thought of this happening chills the blood.”

The judge triggered similar fury in 2008 when he freed a 40-year-old woman who had sex with a boy of 14 after saying the teenager had seduced her.

Libya: al-CIAda Grabs Surface-To-Air Missiles

Claims that north African wing of terrorist group has smuggled arms from pillaged Libyan military barracks into Mali stronghold.

Al-Qaida is exploiting the conflict in Libya to acquire weapons, including surface-to-air missiles, and smuggle them to a stronghold in northern Mali, a security official from neighbouring Algeria told Reuters.

The official said a convoy of eight Toyota pick-up trucks left eastern Libya, crossed into Chad and then Niger, and from there into northern Mali where in the past few days it delivered a cargo of weapons.

He said the weapons included Russian-made RPG-7 anti-tank rocket-propelled grenades, Kalashnikov heavy machine guns, Kalashnikov rifles, explosives and ammunition.

He also said he had information that al-Qaida's north African wing, known as al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), had acquired from Libya Russian-made, shoulder-fired, Strela surface-to-air missiles known by the Nato designation Sam-7.

USA: Man With Anti-Obama Sign Attacked In San Francisco [By illegal immigrants?]

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF/ BCN) — A man who set up a table with political literature and a sign opposing President Barack Obama was attacked in San Francisco’s North Panhandle neighborhood, police and witnesses said Tuesday.

Initial police accounts had indicated that the man had a sign supporting Obama, but witnesses later said it was an anti-Obama sign with a Hitler mustache drawn over the president’s face.

The attack happened around 11:30 a.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Fell Street, where the victim, a 29-year-old Daly City man, had set up his table, said Capt. Denis O’Leary of the SFPD’s Park Station. A man and woman approached the victim, tore the sign and shook the table, causing the political literature to fall to the ground. The attackers also kicked the man in the hand, O’Leary said.

The SFPD captain said he did not know whether the victim was a supporter or opponent of Obama, but a witness who was in the area Monday said the victim was a supporter of Lyndon LaRouche, a left-wing political activist who opposes the president.

The witness, Wayne Friday, a former San Francisco police commissioner and local journalist, said he was stopping by the Bank of America at Fell and Broderick streets and saw a sign that read “Impeach Obama” with a picture of the president with a Hitler mustache.
Friday said he did not see the attack happen.

The two attackers, who had dogs with them, fled south on Broderick Street before officers arrived, and hadn’t been located, O’Leary said.

Libya: Rebel 'Leader' Demands More NATO Death From Above

The top general for Libya's rebels lashed out at NATO forces for not doing enough against Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi and threatened to take his complaint to the U.N. Security Council.

"I would like to say to you people that NATO did not provide to us what we need," Abdul Fatah Younis said at a news conference in the rebel capital, Benghazi.

Kadafi's forces and the rebels have reached a stalemate since the North Atlantic Treaty Organization began airstrikes in late March. The Security Council approved the bombardments to protect civilians at a time when Kadafi's fighters were on the doorstep of Benghazi. Now rebels are upset by NATO's failure to bomb Kadafi's fighters near the refinery city of Port Brega or to end his siege of the western city of Misurata.

It claims to have been hit hard by spending cuts, but one constabulary spared no expense in tackling the pilfering of scrap... worth  47p. Alerted to two salvagers rummaging through a recycling centre, Gloucester Police sent a helicopter, two vans, three patrol cars and two dog units.

Don't believe a word, they are scum: EU secretly ups cesium safety level in food 20-fold

Ivory Coast: UN, France Attack Gbagbo Residence [World wide intervention by the UN, NATO and the USA is now the NWO norm]

'French and UN helicopters have attacked Ivory Coast's presidential palace in the main city of Abidjan where incumbent President Laurent Gbagbo has been holed up.
